With the New Year upon us, can you clarify your year in ONE word? It’s a great little exercise.
My word is: NO-NONSENSE.
The same word I built my life and brand around in 2006.
However, over the last few years I’ve lost my way here and there and this past month I have had a huge awakening.
I have regained a sense of clarity of who I am, where I am going and where I want to take YOU.
Like Stephen Covey says, “Start with the end in mind!” That’s what I’m (re) doing.
If you need the New Year to get refocused, you’re not a bad person. In fact, I LOVE the New Year and always take advantage of the energy in the air. Don’t know what it is but there is something magical about it. With that said, you shouldn't need a calendar to make new choices. You just need vision, action and a PLAN. Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail.
The information in this "How to build muscle fast " seminar is in application to helping you build your first 30lbs… next 20lbs… or final 10lbs of muscle… however, you’ll find that a number of the principles will help you lead a no-nonsense type of life, too.
My goal is to finesse these principles (and seminar) throughout the year but here was my first attempt sharing them publicly.
Let me know what your favorite one is. There could have been 100 principles but I narrowed them down to the essential. The most important and I think you’ll find them very different than what everyone else is teaching/marketing to you.
